3. Applicability

These Terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between EasyTiles and the customer. Deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing.

4. The Offer

All offers are non-binding and subject to availability. EasyTiles sells wall tiles only. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are displayed as accurately as possible, but minor differences may occur due to production processes, material or batch variations, and screen settings.

5. The Agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment the customer places an order and receives an electronic order confirmation. EasyTiles reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of obvious errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or misuse.

6. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the order, without stating any reason, unless a legal exception applies.

7. Customer Obligations During the Return Period

During the return period, the customer must handle the product with care. Wall tiles may not be used, installed, or modified. Products showing signs of use, installation, or damage may be refused or may qualify for a reduced refund.

8. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may be excluded for products where this is legally permitted, including custom-made or specially ordered wall tiles, as well as products that have been installed, altered, or damaged.

9. Prices

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency for the customer’s region. Prices include taxes where legally required and exclude any import duties, customs fees, or other charges that may vary by country.

Price changes are reserved at all times but do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

10. Conformity and Warranty

EasyTiles guarantees that the delivered wall tiles comply with the agreement, the product description, and reasonable expectations of quality. If a product is not in conformity, the customer may invoke the rights described in the Return Policy.

11. Delivery and Performance

Orders are processed and shipped in accordance with our shipping policy. Processing times and delivery times may vary by region and depend on destination, carrier, and external factors such as customs procedures or peak periods.

12. Ongoing Transactions

Agreements for an indefinite period may be terminated by either party at any time, subject to the applicable legal provisions.
